Pretty seamless process overall. They do the best they can to streamline the paperwork and reduce the time in dealership. The management and sales staff are all very transparent about the transaction and fair on trade in values etc… If you have any issues they make it right.

I found the exact car I was looking for on Tera's website, contacted the dealership about it, and they were very quick with setting up a time to test drive the vehicle! Westin was very professional and did an amazing job taking us through the car buying process and also educating us on everything about the car!
