Carla was honestly the most understanding and VERY PATIENT person I have ever met ! Ive had nothing but bad expierences at other dealership and Carla sense that and made me SO COMFORTABLE so WELCOMING and was very gentle and understanding on all my concerns and treated me as a human being instead of it just being a sale , thats honestly what sold me we loced the car but her personality was the cherry on top honestly!

I had some specific request for options that i wanted and rather than take the easy road and try to sell me something that was either on the lot or available at another dealer they sat down and went through my request one item at a time asking questions and making suggestions and finally delivered the exact vehicle i was looking for. Pricing was very competitive as well. I would highly recommend this team.

Pretty seamless process overall. They do the best they can to streamline the paperwork and reduce the time in dealership. The management and sales staff are all very transparent about the transaction and fair on trade in values etc… If you have any issues they make it right.

I found the exact car I was looking for on Tera's website, contacted the dealership about it, and they were very quick with setting up a time to test drive the vehicle! Rick Segvich was the best salesman I have ever worked with. I had a very recent identity theft event so the deal took place over a Saturday and all day Monday. He was patient and helped get a very long and difficult deal done! We love our new Camry!!
